PERSONALITY.
Vetina is crazy, but this is not said with any base negative or positive connotation. She is simply mentally damaged and a bit deranged. Her mannerisms seem weirdly stilted, and for some, extended time around Vetina might be awkward at times. She speaks metaphorically and/or with purple prose to the point of nonsense sometimes. But this is because she cannot help it, she is mentally unable to speak plainly. However she can speak in simple phrases but that tends to give her a headache.
That said, Vetina rarely shows that she is terribly lonely. Few can even half understand her, and her presence has, in the past, caused others to back away from her. She is not outright friendly nor antagonistic from the get go, nor does she take any real pride in her quirks. It's what she is, and she has to deal with it, even if she sees herself as "damaged goods". Due to her lack of real goals, her alignment is put into question. What she will or won't do is not outright certain to those looking at her sometimes.
She does love the moon, though, which she calls "La Luna". She also has an outstanding knowledge of plant life.
HISTORY.
Vetina remembers past lives, but it's all a jumble. Failed protector of her tamer. A ruler of a village she decided to take over. An unfortunate victim of stronger digimon. Various things, but it's hard to sift through what was what. Try as she might, her past is just a bunch of different puzzle pieces from different puzzles. So in general, she won't bother.
The rebirthing process was not without hitch this last time, in which you could say her mind was a bit scrambled. She bore with it when she was young. No matter now many times people told her to try to speak normally she kept on. No matter how many times she as told to stop being weird, she kept on.
Between training her body to fight, something natural for a digimon, she also started researching various plantlife. There's a bit of an allure to how plants develop. She might have been a Palmon once in a past life. As of now, Vetina has no set goals and is rather aimless. Simply live, be herself, and maybe find someone who can understand her consistently; those are her "goals" in life. If she finds something else worthwhile, good on her. Hopefully she'll have a long life.
ATTACKS.
General Skills/attributes:
Gains strength and vitality under moonlight. Conversely, her eyes are a bit more sensitive to sunlight,
Can show the twitch reflexes as a caffine addict.
Lekismon-
SOMMERSALL: Does a backwards flip kick with Lunar energy.
KEEKABOOMA: Drawing back both fists, she swings them forward, launching a duet of spinning energy shots.
Stepping: Using gravity, steps on her opponent's foot with massive force, enough to seriously injure someone's foot.
Moon Night Arrow: An angled downward or upwards kick. Can lead into SOMMERSALL or KEEKABOOMA upon connection.
Butterfly Stroke: Lightly brushes both hands across opponents chest. This will cause great chest pain for a short period. Causes no actual damage.

Crescemon-
Wax and Wane: Performs an advancing/retreating one-two combo of her hook and shield. The moonlight energies will negate one projectile attack the opponent uses. Effects do not stack.
Lunatic Duet: Pummels an opponent with support from a transparent clone of herself that appears. Purely a melee skill, the clone can be destroyed if either her or the clone is hit.
Luna Shot: Fires a dark/lunar energy beam from her shield.
Genocide Crescent: Performs an upward swinging kick, fliping in the air to deliver a second kick sending the opponent back down into the ground.
Double Jump> Shuriken Dance: Vetina can double jump, then fire a dozen or so ice shuriken coated in lunar energies.

Dianamon-
Good Night Sisters: Lunar light beams emit from the faces on her legs. This light can lull opponents to sleep or a sense of drowsyness. Potency decreases with range, but makes it easier to connect.
Arrow of Artemis: Pulls an arrow like quill from her back and fires it at her opponent.
Genocide Crescent Beta: Performs an upward swinging kick, fliping in the air to deliver a series of kicks before a final kick sending the opponent back down into the ground.
Judo Throw: Tosses the opponent into the ground, causing an explosion to happen. Twice.
Moonlit Crevasse: Throws her double cresent blades at her opponent. As they glow, they can cut through almost any enemy projectile with ease. Weapon returns on the next turn.
Star Children: Throws a number of arrow like quills into the air, each one breaking off into a number of shards to deliver widespread damage. This and Arrow of Artemis cannot be used for a short period after this.
Backhand: Probably the fastest one you'll ever see, if you can even see it.
